Who runs this site

This site is run by Anth Maddison, the author behind Valen Grey. Contact: valen.grey@outlook.com.

What I collect

If you join the mailing list, I collect your email address. That's all. The site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies.

Why, and the legal basis

I use your email address only to tell you when Book One is released and when new Valen Grey music comes out. The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you sign up.

Who handles it

The mailing list is run on Kit (kit.com), which stores and sends the emails on my behalf. I don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long I keep it

Until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask me to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data I hold about you, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing valen.grey@outlook.com. If you're unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
